Dogecoin Core Developer Michi Lumin has tweeted about the first RadioDoge transaction using libdogecoin, which was eventually relayed to the Dogecoin mainnet via Starlink.
hi. i sleepy again, so no talk big, but just did this, sending 4.2069 dogecoin (from BudZ heh) 100 miles (with @tjstebbing and @KBluezr listening on a receiver 810 miles away), using just libdogecoin, radio, and ultimately relayed to the mainnet on the other end via starlink. pic.twitter.com/Pn6aHFamuM

Radiodog Focuses on using low-cost radio technology (HF/LoRaWAN) combined with the global Starlink satellite network to provide cheap, wide-scale access to Dogecoin for individuals who are out of reach of regular Internet infrastructure . This will enable Dogecoin to transact without the use of the Internet.
Over the past weeks, the Dogecoin team has focused on providing the groundwork for RadioDog, as well as several future projects, using the first phase of LibDogecoin, a building block to build Dogecoin projects.
According to the Dogecoin Foundation, Dogecoin aims to make DOGE a real world currency for the exchange of goods and services. It says it is currently working on a few projects aimed at getting the Dogecoin ecosystem into a state of readiness for rapid grassroots adoption, citing the fact that there are 1.7 billion people unbanked in the world.
